The culture in the company is the worst. The work life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work on weekends regularly and give no extra salary or comp off for it. If you take a leave in a week, they make you work weekend saying that its your mistake that you took leave, the work needs to be completed. Thats absolutely stupid. They create dramas when anyone ask for a leave. They talk very rudely. No professionalism. If they dont like you, they make you resign by harassing the employees and by creating such situations that employees feel its better to resign then take the stress. working in vsplash is absolutely worst.

They pay on time. You get your salary on the 5th of every month. It is a basic thing, however I'll still say it is a positive point.

To begin with, the company's culture is TERRIBLE. The way people in the top management speak to their subordinates is crass and sometimes very insulting. It works like a family-owned business. The owner is delusional. He knows nothing about the challenges and difficulties of the employees doing the real work. Top management paints a picture which he looks at sitting in the US. Unaware of the ground realities, he makes really uncalled for and impractical comments in weekly review meetings to the managers. Slides and data are manipulated by people in top management without any information to the managers, and their subordinate managers are left to defend the data on slides and themselves in front of the owner. They are made the scapegoats. The managers are bashed by the top management and owner alike. Relatives (brothers/sisters) of directors work in the teams as regular employees, and they pass on manipulated/ distorted information to the directors and top management, and they make things worse for other employees. There is an extreme level of office politics here. The work hours are again extreme. It is like a 24x7 work schedule with no public holidays. They say they've been in business for 25 years however, they're still struggling to grow. Well, it is obvious why!

The work culture is worst. They will make you work like a slave without overtime pay. The average sift timing is 12 hours across the departments. The upper management is egotistic with zero brain 🧠. I remember they cancelled all the public holidays just because some of the TLs refused to work in night shift. Employee retention rate is extremely low because of their senseless policies and micromanagement. Due to low employee retention rate they changed the notice period from 2 months to 3 months. No bonuses, zero learning and poor appraisal is what you can expect. No matter how hardworking you are it, 10 percent appraisal is the limit. Director who oversees the content team can't even speak proper English. Content team trainer's English language skills are below average. All the content is created through ChatGpt and there is no room for creativity at all. If their client says "house" is a verb you have to accept it. In the name of writers they have typewriters rather prompt generators. Policies and style guide changes thrice every month. The company requires you to travel once a year to Hyderabad but does not pay for your travel expenses. In the name of accomodation, you get a biya hostel and only lunch is paid. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Also don't pay attention to the some of the positive reviews because the management and HR make post a positive review and ask you to share screenshot.

... stuff that is also they just want to show to CEO as they working how much hard. In reality lower-level employees are the ones who do all the hard work and deserve better incentives and salary hikes. But instead top-level managers take the credit and benefits from the efforts of their team. Even the operational managers behave the same way. He/She used to say to managers everyone getting incentive then why not working but it is not about incentives it is about employee health if person working every day 10 hours how they can expect to work in week off. It is ridiculous. Got frustrated and left company becoz they don't care, no matter how hard you work , In the end, all the credit goes to higher-level toxic managers, while employees are left nothing but stress and health issues. If we needed leave then also they wont even there is our own leave if we planned leave in that also they will do drama to apprve. Even we will say we are not well then also they wont trust as per them person will not get fever 365 days and no other health issue even for 1 day need to submit proof really this is like unprofessional company. Final Verdict: If your value your mental and physical well-being, stay away from this company, it does not care about its employees, only about squeezing as much work out of them as possible. HR team also will not do anything if will complaint they will simply ignore it. People only can do work here who is in higher level if they have skills to get work in week off holidays, more than 10 hours that is most of the people left company. Still this company is not getting realise if same it will go then there is no future of the company as they ill loose people and company is going to shutdown just becoz of these toxic managers. They should fire this people if CEO want his company to be run in the future.
