I don't have an good experience with vsplash. No innovation and I worked with old technology which we couldn't improve skills.

...e ..internship is training here in their words but I worked Saturdays holidays .end of the month I didn’t receive salary ..it is very good learning about this

Work Life Balance is unattainable due to the pressure of work caused by the horrendous workforce planning. Each person working here has medical issues due to the long hours and lack of weekend rests.

Likes

Nothing to like, there is no proper timings to the job they will just assign you work and tell you to complete. Their timings are not at all relevant to the work they assign you they will tell they assigned you work for 9 hours which will actually takes 10 - 12 hours. When you start complaining about their flaws they will just keep you shifting from one team to another. No work ethics at all.

Dislikes

No work Ethics they don't understand we have our personal life too they will just not understand a common issues we have working with them or they just act like a dumb. Worst company I have ever joined.

Likes

Vsplash appreciates hard work, and you get promoted on the basis of merit. The management is extremely approachable, and the job security is second to none. The work is hectic, but the management is usually fair and tries to look out for the employees, even on a personal level with people constantly asking you about your mental and physical health.

Dislikes

Communication is an issue. Information does not always flow properly and changes are implemented overnight without proper time for planning and execution.
