Work culture is terrible, you can only climb up the ladder if your are good at sucking up your manager's tantrums. The job roles are not at all defined, and if you stand up against it, forget about appraisal. If you go to HR for something, they bluntly tell you to suck it up or you'll be in the bad books of your manager and the management.

No salary. Even after giving your best. Same answers like this is our standard policy. Management decisions. Appreciation plans only on paper. And politics in that also

It’s been few month since I joined WIKA Ghaziabad. Honestly I don’t find Iota of incompetence and confined in higher management .perks and benefits offer here are pragmatic and based on performance only.don’t know why few fanatic people creating fable social stigma against company here .

The managers are not competent for work. But they shows like they are working only. They think Their subordinates are fool who work under them. If someone goes to their managers for any kind of solution managers says do by yourself by any how otherwise I will fire you. Managers and plant head threaten their subordinates that if you will take leave then you will get fired. There is strict rules you can't take leave even in emergency also. Plant head thinks worker are fool and he takes advantage of the helplessness of the workers.
