    Hybrid work model is advantage where you will have to work 1 week in month

    ...Now they have adopted new policy to hire fresh graduate in less salary and remove the experience employees for cost cutting. This company has no future and I am sure it will shut down in future. Employees are not at all happy and they are leaving job and going to Marsh and McLennan. Work load is so much that you always need to stretch and Managers don't give OT if you stretch and you will become their enemy if you ask for OT. There was a incident 4 years back when an employee Yogesh Yadav tried to commit suicide in office however later no compain was raised against company and the employee also got terminated and Willis distroyed his future. In short this place is hell and post Nikhil Philip leaving this company it has become the worse place to work. If there would have been any award for worse place to work than this company would have won all the award.
