    They won't fire you easily,skill development is good.

    Work culture is worst in every projects, seniors bully juniors, No one take cares if someone raises issue.Seniors blackmail juniors regarding promotions, managers will call u on ur week off also, salary hike is less, no appraisal,very less pay.What they promise they never keep that promise,hard to reach out HR.They will do all kind of security related courses but not a single security is there if ombuds is raised,the whole projects are biased ,work culture is worst to.worst ,after joining one will understand why I joined n will get depressed.

    The project that I am working with is absolute pathetic. The senior management are goons those behave very poorly with every employee. The work culture and environment is very toxic. People who take ownership of their job are overloaded with work with absolutely no appreciation.

    Only good part is timely salary and deposition of EPF.

    Let me break the ice for you. I worked in Kolkata Wipro for 3 years in MDPS. Immense presure, Job role partiality to whom can go under oiling bosses, unfair shift bonus and shift allocation, pressure to do OT, Rude behaviour, Poor appraisal salary hike and many more. Think before joining Wipro. Best of luck!

    1. Reporting structures have a serious misalignment. Many times one will notice a Delivery Manager (DM) or Program Manager (PgMP) is reporting to the Project Manager (PM) in the outlook directory. This is insane and this meant a junior person in experience and qualifications will are authorized to do your appraisal and decide the annual rating for a vertical senior person in the role. 2. Vertical role designation person in company treat juniors disresectfully.
