Discriminating Pay policy. No salary appraisal for over two years. Management disregard for employee work like balance. Unofficial weekend workings with no overtime. Cost cutting measures like reducing allowances or discontinue certain allowances for employee benefits leading to less in hand salary. Toxic workplace, stressed environment. Not a healthy place to work,

First of all it was my first company so i was glad and will have a special place for wipro in my heart.

Dislikes

After spending 2 years , i didn't get promoted. From the day i was hired till a month before i resign i was on the same package. There appraisal is very slow and almost negotiable.

Management is overall good, Learning is great which one can experience it while doing job here. Colleagues are very friendly and will always be there to help you out.

Growth is very very slow, need to pace up with the salary hikes. Please increase salary or else employees will leave everytime every year.

Job security is fine, work culture is somewhat ok, management is worst. Policies are ok ok.

No overall growth, nothing to learn, copy paste job, no promotion, salary is minimal and pathetic, single digit hike.

Good work environment, Teammates are supportive. Adjustable shift hours, good for freshers.

According to your profile salary is low, low chances of career growths. Lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues.
