Salary descriminance, getting less salary than reporties, even the role is higher than the one salary is less than the others, new recruites getting higher and increasing for the seniors.

...ism at all and treats employees bad and undermine them. HR team is full of lies. They tell you a lot of fake things about your salary in hand and you will get shocked when you see the actual payslip. Lot of fake promises to keep hold of employees but none will be delivered. Such a water of time in my career. Worst company I ever worked for .

...P though you are on bench) Wipro doesn't give promotion after all the hard work. Compensation is low. Wipro doesn't support their employees if any incident happened from client side (EX: Security or any breach incident)

Hiring process will be smooth training will be smooth you will be getting good work environment and there would be peace of mind

Worst part will be the salary and the shift that you would be getting and very poor cab facility

In wipro people are encouraged to upskill and canteen is of very high standard with reasonable price.

Almost no salary hike. Company's so called 5 values generally not applicable/followed by senior/management/HR persons. Office politics and biasness is very much present. Extra hour and day working is normal here. For that you will not get any benefit apart from comp off.
