Work from Office presure, no proper facilities in campus and outside. Salary is not decided according to study and experience. Using us as a labour showing appraisal and mtech for wilp candidates. Working for 10 hrs in office and 3 hrs in cab including buffer time. Wilp program is very stressful compared to Work in project.

Actual working hours are 9 to 6:30 but need to extend shifts because of unfinished tasks, impacting balance. 3. It's unclear whether the blame lies with Wipro or the manager for the toxic work culture, but ultimately, Wipro should be held responsible for not monitoring how its management treats employees. This includes HR, who organize events like Fun Fridays but fail to take action when employees raise concerns. 4. High politics were at play in the appraisal process, with only favorites in the team receiving recognition, while the actual hardworking employees were overlooked. 5. Management frequently uses offensive language and denies legitimate sick leave requests, often assuming them to be fake even when the employee is genuinely unwell. 6.Employees are not granted release from projects and their tenure is extended without any prior notification to employees. 7.When employees request a release, they are given insincere promotions, a heavy workload, and are expected to complete all tasks by the end of the day. 9. There hasn't been a single team dinner in the last two years. Once, the management announced a team dinner but then asked us to pay for our own meals. 10. Honestly, not a single person in the management seems to care about the employees. 11. No time to personal life And there's plenty more! I know it may sound like a managerial issue, but it could have been resolved if HR had taken appropriate action when concerns were raised.

People are amazing to work with, the Learning culture is there, and work depends on the type of project.

Dislikes

The salary-to-market price is very poor, and poor claim benefits and settlement, takes advantage of fresher with bonds and low offers. Ideal for working for 1-2 years not committing more as the appraisal is way too low.

Salary is a burden for the long term employee, but company having good policy for the students, even management wont give you bonus. Even they will wish to hire from outside without knowledge about the project, rather than giving you the good hike.

1. The worst work culture. I left. My colleague who was given Rs. 11 lakh salary per annum also left. When I asked why he left, he said he just do not like the company culture. I would not work in this company even if they offer me a million dollar salary. Its is just like all the road side labors are just dressed well and working here. 2. You cannot even sleep. Logout at 11pm and login at 5am. Frequent shift changed. Shift changes twice a week = Zero work life balance. 3. Managers are bunch of jerks and they do not understand what US client is saying on the call and they ask their subordinates to translate in Telugu so they can get what client is telling. 4. Managers glorify themselves saying that they work 16 hours and many idiot fanboys copy this unhealthy practice to look good. Work same 16 hours and resign due to health issues. 8 Hours work is enough. Utilize employee in their shift hours. 5. Open discrimination on contractor employees. 6. Managers cook stories when US client ask why so and so person is not in the meeting. Even if the employee is trying to join the meeting, these cunning managers say 'He is on leave today'. 7. No basic support to disabled employee. The wheelchair and security guard are lying wasted near the gate and when disabled employee ask the wheel chair just or a 5 meter distance, they make him more uncomfortable by asking to send an email and bla bla. 8. You can join this company to experience how bad can the work culture be. 9. Company Transport: Employees are overfilled in cabs just like chickens in the truck.
