The only thing I like about Wipro is the name! That's it! Apart from this if you talk about, salary, growth, work life balance, job security, skill development all are zero!!!

...oncerned, the building is good but again the work life culture is so pathetic. No leave, no job security, no growth, very less salary, so much of pressure as if we are not human being, we are just a machine! I am in HP process in Wipro and believe me it is one of the worst process of Wipro. I don't know whether the TOP management of Wipro know this or not? Everyone in HP process (be the SME, TL, AM, Manager, Revgen Spocs or Revgen Head) all are busy in generating revenue from customers. No one think about Customer service! They forced agent to sell printers or else they'll remove you from the organisation by going PIP program and said you're not fit for the organisation because you are unable to sell! They never tell you at the beginning when they take the interview for HP process that the job that you'll going to join will have one KPI's that if you are unable to sell then the company has the right to remove you! No job security at all And no one listen to us. We have to work like 9.5 hours a day for 5 days in a week like a robot! Really regret to join this Wipro BPS!

After onboarding , BGV and client verification is time consuming, Bad work life balance , Promotion and raise in salary will reflect in delay 3 months from the time you should get it .

I almost worked 2years in wipro. It's a great pleasure to work in a positive work atmosphere , great support, company culture.

The only thing is salary and work satisfaction at the end of the day I think lack of promotions /hikes are the major drawbacka

They will hire a candidate from a different domain. If the client fails to meet cost-cutting expectations, layoffs will occur, and the candidate will be asked to upskill. After upskilling and preparing for interviews, real-time experience in the domain will be required. However, from a technical standpoint, this is not feasible, potentially leaving the employee without a job

Job security, people few of them not all, beautiful girls, gym facility, Huge Campus, Modern and haunted buildings, Tower 3 is really haunted

They pay you peanuts 🥜 literally peanuts even if you b@g infront of Wipro office you will earn more than their salary, the managers are sh!t, I was in a insurance process UHG, Avijit was our TL he was a madharchod person, Ishani Banerjee named girl 🍆👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 with a TL she was a real khanki maagi, she was very famous in Wipro then she was terminated from the job being a girl it feels disgusting to me 🤮 she did that with many boys in Wipro, she was a very big behen ki laudi
