    When they schedule interview walkin never go, It is waste of your Time. They will make you sit for the long time and afterward they will make you stick in less package and if you will not agree in their less package than they will not hire you.

    The company transfers or move the person to another process if any process ramps down. They don't do any layoff.

    Biased managers and favouritism, increments and appraisals are too low, they are ready to hire new person and pay them a higher salary instead of giving salary hike according to market standards to an existing employee, unequal dustribution of work

    Nothing to like about except for the fact that there is good job security. I have never heard of a case where you'd be fired.

    Dislikes

    Everything from work-culture to pay is bad. There is no growth since promotions are held back for as long as possible. Technically, it's not even a promotion, but just a redesignation without real increase in salary. Leaves are a big issue since you have to plan your leaves a month in advance and sick leaves are severely penalized.

    Top management only things about profit and loss, they don't care about you. Salary growth is very low, you get promoted but your salary will be low as campare to other associate. HR department work for only Top management. Service not up to the mark Admin and service department not doing there job. Canteen food is not good

    Salary is on time..

    Dislikes

    ... No perks, No benefits, PF gets deducted from our salary both ways, OT rate are too low too say, we will need to do OT, we will need to keep a record, we need to apply it manually, wait for approval then gets credited in next salary, there is no sick leave, you can take only leaves informing one month prior, I don't know about favourites how do they get in between. In short, you should already know that in next month on this date you fell ill and will be unable to reports. Transport is worst, first you will need to go in ambulance type bus from one gate to another gate, 30 minutes wait time after shift for drop. It should be arranged by TL or manager only, agent can't request drop, pick up is centralised, every thing is manual, old fashioned or old school you can find difference. Out dated softwares, no photos or video calls allowed in even in cafeteria or any of the premises.. canteen food is worst ever.. In short.. it depends on managers how do they treat or who they have made manager, like they are like they will treat.. I hope not every process is same in WNS as Centrica is
