Incentive are not issued as promised... Manager will deduct incentives.. 9-9 work culture every day is a hustle. Manager will not leave you before 9pm if you are in zero. Good Data is assigned to the favorites only. Personally I feel any female should not join this company as work culture is not good. Male employees tries to approach & harass. I really don't know how this company is surviving as service is very pathetic. I wonder candidate really get job from this portal. Where in this company itself is a fraud raising unethical money from the market.

...ted to work at any hour and any day, without any compensation for overtime work. Base pay for the role and work is lesser than market average.

You will learn a lot . Team Leads are good. Don’t get stuck . You can manage the work life balance there depends upon the manager

As usual politics no better opportunity after having 1-2 years of experience beacause if upper blocks will move then you can move otherwise you can’t( All this for operations not for corporate )

I don't like the work culture, bad words are used they think that we are slave to them, no one bothers for work life balance, we forced to work on Sunday's as well. Incentive deduction on the name of less budget.
