I don't like the salary method it's very less no . No one interested in other activities . Everytime we have focused on target and it's look that we are working in pressure..

One of the worst companies I have ever worked in. There is no job security. They fire pp like hell. There are firings every week in our process. They don't train you properly & then expect great results without any support. Their HR is also not transparent. Would never suggest anyone to join this place.

Sometimes you have to do overtime to complete your target. Sometimes manager become to strict with your targets that they don't let you go home untill you finishes your target

Never work in wns as they hire you with fake promises and once you joined no work life balance and no respect. Hr role is pathetic even they are not meet after joining and process HR is like MR INDIA hard to find. No morality in this company even the time of exit they will toucher you like hell for FNF AND EXPERIENCE Letter.

Management is pathetic and HR too. No healthy environment. No body will think about you it all 1 side no motivation. No one will appreciate you work always take advantage and once you ask any relevant questions they will do such thing that hard to work with them. No mental peace and no self respect so if you love your self respect you will find other job or leave total mentally touching environment specially in AML and kyc department as I worked in this department.

Office canteen is amazing you can get diarrhoea and loose motions free in this company. And no one would even bother to change the catering services all the management.

Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.
