Management doesn't address issues. Team managers don't know the meaning of professionalism. On work premises they use abusive language on employees and daily extent of shift by 1-2 hours doesn't pay any single penny for extended hours, after the leaving the organisation according to their company policy they release your salary fnf settlement after 45 days but they don't abide by their own company policy. After 70 days we need to remind the payroll department to release the salary.Read More
