    At the time of joining, they provide good remuneration with a good hike - 40 to 50 % Salary on time.

    Dislikes

    Work Culture in s really bad. Lack of coordination among the departments. Job insecurity is there. You will be put under observation of 3 to 6 months on performance evaluation, if unsatisfied will be asked to leave. Lot of internal issue. Company is also associated in some unethical practices in operations with a say of company policy. Not suitable if anyone looking for long term career prospects.

    ... You have to pay for everything. 7. In office IT and non IT guys sit together and you will definitely listen non IT employees shouting, using abusive words. 8.And be careful from their false hiring, they will hire you to increase the head count and when they find that project is not going in desired way, they will fire you. So be aware, if you are getting hired even if you are from non java background then you will be fired in future. 9.Earlier they used to cover parents in mediclaim policy but now they don't. Reason is that, they think most employees are using mediclaims for their parents, so they can't afford such high ratio of claims.
