    Company culture is good, salary is decent or you can say average.

    Dislikes

    It is not for developers, future for just tecnical support, devops and admin professions this company is good. No future for developer. Working on very old projects so not that much project wise learning. Also your job is not secured, too much layoffs happen.

    Initial Salary during joining is good. Even other perks like Health Insurance and WFH is very good

    Dislikes

    No scope to add new skill. No scope to change project and learn new things. If working as contractor in client location, then you will feel completely detached from Yash. This might impact your appraisal n promotion.

    A typical Indian IT company - with very good work culture in terms of internal team bondin, family like ecosystem. Although there are limited career growth options, but it provides secure work environment. Remuneration is poor though and is well below industry standards.

    Nothing to like except sitting on bench for months if you are interested in spoiling your career.

    Dislikes

    ... If you resign, company won't pay your 3month salary for notice period and your leaves will all be deducted. If you take leave during urgency.. IRM will reject, all your hardworking for years means nothing to this fraud company. At the end what you will get is harassment & only harassment.
