it is a hypocritical environment in that last 6 months, extremely bad..ppl are given notice of 2-3 weeks only to move from one city to another or else HR has told to resign.. clearly HR doesn't know their basic human etiqutes. no proper compensation also given for that.. the so called sr mgrs and heads are for namesake only who itself is so frustrated for this decision.. one good 'session' and truth will come out.. you know the worst part, the divison is being headed by a egomaniac person who has zero knowledge on how to run business and full knowledge on how to insult ppl and hollowing the brand from inside.. termite like ppl who will do whatever it takes to satisfy their ego and only becuase they are close to the MD, this type of activities are allowed.. he himself is like a poor puppet...so many ppl are hired now but all are confused abt their jobs.. no one knows what to do end-to-end solutions are missing..and after a few months they will go or made to leave for sure.. just wait and watch.. no wonder, business was down by 30%!Read More

1 No transportation facility. 2 unfriendly atmosphere. 3 Arrogant department head. If you expect friendly atmosphere and transportation facility. Then you made a huge mistake working here. You could walk over 4kms to reach bus station and also risk your life by crossing the busy highway. It may rise question in your mind, why you stay near PG accommodation or mansion, but you walk additional 2kms you will reach that place. It means you could walk 4kms for 2kms travel. And the main thing I dislike the company is Arrogant department head. He didn't treat me in good manner and I didn't like the unfriendly atmosphere. It leads to quit the job.Read More
