In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. The work culture is toxic, with no effort made to create a positive or engaging environment. There is a complete lack of entertainment or team-building activities, and employees are often subjected to humiliation. I would not recommend ZMCL to anyone looking for a fulfilling and respectful workplace.

Teammates are supportive and work environment is good But there is no transparency in the increment . Earlier there was a facility of gym in the office but they close that because of non payment to the gym there is no facility provided by the company for the fitness on employees.
