Employee concerns are not always adequately addressed. Furthermore, HR policies are subject to sudden changes, which are then immediately enforced, regardless of the impact on employees. For instance, despite initial promises of remote work, the company abruptly shifted to a hybrid model.

...ith my fancial expenses and all, overall it was very good experience as fresher. Lastly coming to the salary it was my 1st job good startups only 16200/monthly. It was satisfying with average daily TA and DA with attached PF as well.

It's basically field work job of vision research in eye retina's, I was handling machine called visuscout 100 and it was heavy to carry in traveling because of worst security and there was health issues in continuously traveling.so resigned to the company and waiting for good opportunity..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes.
