...any of us no longer want to cook our own meals or walk to nearby grocery stores. Even if we pay just 5 or 10 rupees more for these services, it can add up, and the real cost goes beyond money. Our dependence on takeout and processed foods is negatively affecting our health. Without cooking at home or engaging in regular exercise, we risk becoming unhealthy. It's no surprise that chronic diseases are becoming more common among people in their 20s. We need to prioritize healthy eating and physical activity in our daily lives.

...orning shift till training . I wish I get morning shift after training as well . Training will last for 2 weeks till then you will whole salary including pf . After training pf would be separated n u will get the rest salary .

They didn't took my interview same day . It took 2 days still my offer letter will be given at joining . Second thing rotational shifts .

I am currently working with Zepto, and must say A1 job security, good salary, work from home plus day shifts in this company, People those who are working in Quality are the most amazing people I have ever met, Must say Best team leaders, best quality and HR of the Zepto is super sorted, One must try this company, Everyone I repeat each and everyone is super cool here.

Toxic culture, lot of poor politics. Lobby culture, there is no review system, not provide any goals , KRA without one of one discussion they decided final rating does not meet acceptaion .. and giving PIP without any prior discussion driving lobby of their peoples. If you have no god father then you do not have survive... Very useless peoples is there they are doing timepass whole day ,they not punctual with duty time, they are demanding daru party who work promtly if they are denying to give party then start poor politics... There is some directors who work last 3 years in same organisation in Zepto he not come regularly and sleeping in the office when he come.
