Culture was really great. I still respect the founders of the company for their ability to create a good culture.

Dislikes

Appraisals were not given. Only way to get higher salary was to switch to another company which I did.

i really happy to work in zestmoney is not a office its my another home for me i really enjoy and full of sporty times with my career and lot of good culture to work and safe to all the employees are very cool and they will providing a good training thank you as an part of zestmoney

Dislikes

after covid 19 i really disappointed with agency they are not giving salary ontime and i was work 2.4 years but they are not given any promotion for me and totally depressed with agency but company is good
