Salary on time. HR policies for payroll is good but for others like third party is the worst.

The payroll employees are receiving exceptionally low salaries. Most of them are recommended by Head Office (HO) employees. On the other hand, talented individuals who joined through interviews are being paid less than what they truly deserve. Salary hikes are extremely slow, progressing at a tortoise’s pace. No one from the Head Office has the proper experience to run a project efficiently. The project managers and accountants often turn out to be relatives of HO employees. In fact, it seems the majority of the company is being run by relatives. The site management is also very poor, which causes unnecessary hardship for the engineers. Overall, the company’s performance is deteriorating and it appears to be heading in a downward direction.

Mediocrity is appreciated, as long as you keep the higher ups entertained you are good to go.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a joke, 9 hr workday 6 days a week, you will actually be working for longer with no question of overtime pay. They do a layoff every quarter in the name of cost optimisation, your performance does not impact whether you stay or not at all, the more you are paid the higher your chance at being laid off, no matter your position. Their pay is way below industry standards for same roles & positions, which is why the attrition rate is very high in top positions & they aren't able to fill them back at all.

Good supportive team at the start, aggressive culture which turned toxic after a time. Flexibility in working and good facility such as insurance policy.

...ary was only for people who sit regularly with HO and higher management members. Irrespective of hard work smart work profit you have earned for company No promotions and No Salary Hike for them. South people are promoted and hiked good. If targets are not completed, management used to call regarding leaving job. Very bad culture.
