smart working folks from good school putting their hard work and brains. salary is generally higher than market good to learn hands on experience with data and analytics

Dislikes

barely any skill development initiatives senior leaders encourage micro management, are not inspiring laterals do not feel welcomed in-house tools and processes make switching difficult business is declining due to competitors' pricing pressure and evolution of GCC

Worst culture and leadership team. Unethical practices and politics is quite big a problem at ZS Senior leadership lacks skill and are incompetent they pass the blame. Most of the senior management team members are bosses not leaders. They portray fake stories to clients. Highly unethical practice. No work life balanace No appreciation for the work that you do. Biased nature and favorism is quite predominant at ZS
