Compensation AC onwards is really poor. They provide retention bonus (ELRP) which used to be competitive earlier, but nowadays given almost all the competitive firms are paying more for the base compensation, it's not that attractive. They are doing layoffs left, right and centre in the name of performance issues (sweetly called as Counseled Out) Work life balance is non existent in most teams. The direction in which the company seems to be heading is downwards. The culture that they used to boast of, is going down the drain. Will not recommend anyone to join, atleast right now and for the next 6 months. They've also stopped cross country transfers for almost an year now.Read More

Toxic work culture even within the associates, associate consultant, managers. Don't even join as Associate consultant / Consultant with excellent previous track record you will regret later part of your career. No recognition / No respect only home grown associates will be always treated like a gems as If they are awarded from Harvard / Oxford.
