Very poor and traditional designing there is unskilled workers can only survive. No scope for new learning, creativity execution, in salary part they excludes one side of from CTC which shows difference while you apply at another company. Work satisfaction is a big zero. Just seat over there for years you can't even use internet, mobile phone even YouTube for upscale new learning or anything. And most frustrated thing is food, highly unhealthy oil food they provide and if you carry tiffin then they will check it two times which is not good atleast for white collar person.

Zydus has good Reputation and name in Market well known pharma company whichbia present in almost all segments.

Dislikes

Culture of company has changed drastically. Company was caring for employee. Now the salary and benifits are cut down to almost null. If employee has any issues there is no concerned person to reach out.
