Remember when you were a kid and thought if you earned 50k a month, you would be rolling in it with 2 lakhs in just 4 months?

Remember when 50k/month felt rich?

I am a data engineer with 7+ years of experience and very few days left in notice period. I have an offer from a top financial management company
 (JPMC, BR, VG, MS, SS) of 32+ 4. And I am supposed to join them soon after. The problems is I am in 
talks/interview rounds with other 2 companies mentioned above and their offer would be around 40 loaor even higher 45 lpa 
But I would get that only after my joining daye in one of the above company. 😰 what should i do.
I cant risk not joining the one company i have offer from 
Any advice, help be really helpful and much appreciated.

Day to Day Office

There’s this girl who used to sit right in front of me at work. She’d be on the phone constantly awith her dad, her maasi (who, apparently, is also her best friend), and half her extended family. While working, she’d casually drop relationship updates, lunch plans, or just vent about life.

At first, it was kind of annoying. But over time… I started following the plot. Her dad’s lowkey worried about her whereabouts, her maasi gives pretty solid life advice, and there’s this mystery guy she keeps mentioning 👀

But now plot twist her seat got moved behind mine.🙎 I can’t hear anything anymore. My soap opera has gone off-air and I’m lowkey sad.

Has anyone else had a coworker who talks on the phone way too much? Any wholesome/funny/weird stories? I need new content. 😅

I unintentionally followed my coworker’s entire personal life. Now I need closure.🙄💣

Because honestly, every other post feels like the same story “Working in tech for 5 years, living in bangalore, earning 40L+.” It’s like a copy paste template at this point

It's been 8 months since, I left my last job.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I had a thing going on with one of the junior HR there.

Things got complicated after a few good initial months and everyone in the office started gossiping about us, even my manager asked me to stay away from her.

I was anyway looking for a switch and didn't want much drama, so I silently quit.

But that girl, just doesn't leave me alone! Idk if the HRs have access to our personal data as well, she just got my address anyhow and came to my house last week!

Idk what to do, isn't this unethical? How can a company share my private data to a random employee?

Office affairs are bad, and now I know why people said that to me always!

My ex from my last company is haunting me!
