Open Command Prompt as administrator
Type 'diskpart' and press Enter
Type 'list disk' to display all connected disks
Identify your USB drive based on its size
Select the USB drive by typing 'select disk X' (replace X with the disk number)
Clean the USB drive by typing 'clean'
Create a new primary partition by typing 'create partition primary'
Select the partition by typing 'select partition 1'
Format the partition by typing 'format fs=ntfs quick'
Assign a drive letter by typing 'assign'
Make the partition active by typing 'active'
Copy the boot files from a bootable ISO or CD to the USB drive
