First off all Clean the fixture with air, no burr, dirt ,it should be free from any type of burr, Now load Work piece on fixture, clamp it properly, then Due dialing with 0 Error, Now take Co ordinates of X, Y in G 54 to G57 on any off, from Starting Dimension start your First tool as per drawing in Single Block, No Foul should be during Machining, otherwise take Co ordinates again, Take care of Clamping
