Sprint velocity is calculated by adding up the story points completed in the previous sprints and dividing by the number of sprints.
Sprint capacity is determined by the team's historical velocity and their availability for the upcoming sprint.
For example, if a team completed 20, 25, and 30 story points in the last three sprints, their average velocity would be (20+25+30)/3 = 25 story points.
If the team has 5 members and each member can work on 5 story points per sprint, the team's capacity would be 5 members * 5 story points = 25 story points.
