First of all we have to greet the patients.  Then check his name and then ask if he is fasting and check if he has eaten anything else or not.  Then there should be a minimum of 8 to 12 hours of fasting from their dinner.

After checking this, we have to clean and find the blood test to take them in hand.  Then tourniquet should be tied.  Then take Syringe or vaccum needle and insert vein and collect blood. After collected blood, we remove the tourniquet and wrap the patient's arm. Then cover the puncture site with a cotton swab or bandage.
