Smoking is a health hazard and also dangerous to both the smoker and non smoker. Smoking in public places is prohibited unless otherwise indicated. Non compliance to safety protocls is a policy violation and measures will be taken against transgressors. The employee will be subjected to policy measures in line with the violation of the non smoking policy.

I will officially alert the employee and keep such record and ask him to stop smoking immedietely and notify the incident in the incident register and report in the risk committee meeting.

First off all I'll let him know that this is non smoking zone area ,and take him out the area ,after this i will note down his all required details ,and make areport against him and informed to concern department and make sure the person must be suspended for a week and report with an apology letter signed by his agency and safety department.
