Since its establishment in the year 2000, we have not only produced reliable quality products, but have also bagged several awards on the back of our consistent performance. Esennar Transformers is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 certified organization. In addition to that, our company has also been presented with the distinction of receiving a National Award in the category of ‘Outstanding Entrepreneurship’, further accentuating the importance we give to high standards maintained by the company. The plant has seen a phenomenal growth since its inception. A continuous process that involves assessment, re-assessment and constant upgrades has seen our plant go from producing Oil Filled Transformers, up-to 31.5MVA of 132KV Class and Cast Resin (Dry Type) Transformers up-to 5MVA of 33kV Class. Major contributing factors to our growth and success have been the hands-on deck. Our employees put in their best for every unit produced. We currently are operating with a 300 strong workforce that believes in upholding the high standards of quality products set forth by the company while being at their efficient best. At Esennar Transformers, we ensure that we do what it takes to give the customer the exact customization they are looking for. And to ensure smooth sailing of the process, we have a state-of-the-art operation practices and is divided into precise departments. The five major departments are R&D, Design, Quality Control, Assembly (Winding Section, Core Building, Core Coil Assembly, Vacuum Drying, Tanking, Painting sections) and Testing.
