Bhai kya hi obsession hai aaj bhi 'Sir' sunne ka?
So recently I replied to this so called senior at work very politely and very respectfully but I didn't write "Sir"
Aur bhai sahaab pata nahi ye banda kya offend hogya and he replies with "Is this the way you talk to your seniors"
Like what??
Matlab if I've not written "Sir" on my text apparently that means I am not respecting you?
Did I abuse you? NO
Did I insult you? NO
Did I talk rudely? NO
Bro we are living in 2025 and some people are still hung up on these dada ji ke time ki hierarchies. Har jagah validation chaiye bas.
And lets be real, if your ego is so fragile that "Sir" is what holds your authority together, then dikkat aapki hai
Actions se show hoti h respect, words se nahi.

Was it due to 'Sir' or was it due to 'Arey so I informed you na'.That shift away from the 'Sir' mentality is picking up in organizations and will be helpful to create an equal space where people can look at each other just as members of the organisation.

If you live in a society where everyone speaks chinese and you are speaking Hindi that means you are idiot not smart wrt chinese society. Btw i speak Chinese in Hindi speaking society.... So problem is perspective not individual. Either way it's true.
