Hello guys ,
I am currently working in data analytics domain, and I have an offer with HSBC in data science domain and my current company is trying to retain me the same package and changing my domain to Data Engineering .
I am 100% sure that I want to build my career in data science in AI domain, but the thing is that for HSBC to relocate to Hyderabad .

Office Gossip

I’ve got someone in my team who literally treats gossiping like it’s her full-time job.

If I casually mention what I did over the weekend to a friend, she’s already typing it out to her little gossip gang in seconds.
If I step out for a meeting, she notes the exact time I left and came back and of course, updates her buddies about it.
Even work-related chats I have with colleagues don’t stay private she’s quick to pass it all on.

She’s always busy chatting, checking her phone, away from her desk for hours… but still manages to keep tabs on everyone else’s business, not just mine. I sit nearby so I can literally see her typing away all this stuff. It’s honestly getting on my nerves now.

What would you do in a situation like this?

Why is my weekend plan her daily update?

Daily Office Life

A male colleague once raised a valid question during a team discussion:
"Why do we offer extra perks only to women in the name of inclusion? Shouldn’t fairness go both ways?"

He wasn’t rude.
He wasn’t dismissive.
He just asked.

But the reaction?
He was instantly labeled “bitter” and “misogynistic.”
Conversation shut down. No space for dialogue.

If a woman questions something, it’s called courage.
If a man does the same, it’s insecurity?

Is true equality only convenient when it benefits us?
Where do we draw the line between empowering and excluding?

Adulting

On one hand, I’ve got this chill WFH setup minimal workload, flexible hours, plenty of time to hit the gym, meal prep, game, and even upskill. Life should feel great… but my social life? Almost nonexistent. It’s so dry I’m actually considering arranged marriage despite looking like your average gym bro who shouldn’t have to 😅

I want a high paying job, but I don’t want to give up this freedom.
I could date a 9/10 if I had some wingmen and an actual office to go to  I’ve got the build, height, all of it.
But after the last girl ghosted, gaslit, and emotionally wrecked me, I just don’t have the energy for that mess again.

Anyone else living in this weird limbo, where you're physically ready for life but mentally on Do Not Disturb?

Stuck Between Two Lives, Both Half Lived 💭

Big package, big salary, but in return, you end up living like an ant in a tiny hole. 
Roads riddled with potholes, neighborhoods that look like open dumping grounds, and the constant stench of sewage, garbage, and sweat. 
The local train might be fast, but it’s a suffocating, smelly ride packed with every kind of discomfort imaginable.

Only two people can survive here: either BPL or a Millionaire, not for middle class.
