Like for me, designation matters and thats why there were some points in my life when i chose titles instead of switching and raise, but now after 8 years I regret as iam the king with no money

Take the hike and shorter commute. Titles change faster than salaries in the right company. But before you say yes, check if the role gives you skills that’ll keep you growing in the new industry, else you might get stuck with just a nice paycheck
