How should I approach the topic of a promotion or raise at Accenture?
I’d like some advice on how to talk to HR about it. I know I’ve only been with Accenture for 1.2 years, so I’m not sure if I’d be eligible, but I feel it might be worth a shot. What do you think?

TBH, it might be a bit early for a promotion after just 1.2 years, but it's definitely worth having a chat with your manager. Would suggest you not bring up this topic indirectly instead of asking for a promotion or raise, focus on discussing your career goals and how you can contribute more to the team. Highlight your achievements, especially any quantifiable results. This will help your manager see your value and potential.

Update:
so got normal bonus like 10% no hike but all my team members got hike, and when I spoke to my lead he told me I'm not getting hike because I'm already getting paid above the market rate. I had a long call about why I was not told this before that my hike would not be dependent on the performance but would be compared to the market pay range. I was thinking to send and mail to the HR fir the same, what do you think? Would this be a good idea?

Frankly, 1.2 years is relatively short, it's definitely worth having a conversation with your manager or HR about your career progression.
