Is site engineering for me?
I currently work a computer-based desk job and was looking into civil. This would be my second career so I want to do as much research as possible about civil and its different subfields.
I would like to have a career where at least half of the work involves being physically present somewhere instead of sitting in front of a computer.
Does a site engineer seem like a good fit? What other subfield would you suggest?

Not as easy as it looks... especially if it is civil, mechanical site engineer fields.... it'll be hard if you join a good company , bad in medium rated company and ugly in low rated companies.
