Bro tumhara current CCTC 8.36 hai, toh Nokia ke liye 10-12 LPA ka expectation rakh sakte ho depending on the role and location as well

Nokia mein kaafi accha exposure milta hai R&D aur testing projects pe, work life balance thoda better hota hai lekin projects ke deadlines ke according thoda stress bhi ho sakta hai

I've heard good things about Nokia's work culture and employee benefits. What specific team and project are you being considered for?

Generally, Nokia is known for a good work-life balance. To double confirm you can ask this to your HR or your future manager about the team's culture and expectations.

CTC of at least 10-12 LPA. The final figure will depend on factors like your performance in the final rounds, the specific role, and your negotiation skills.

Better to switch to a product based company. Exposure and you can learn new technologies. TCS will squeeze you during deadline because they work for a client.
