If you're open to working abroad, certain countries like Canada and Australia have great opportunities for pharmacists. Have you looked into licensing exams like NAPLEX (US) or PEBC (Canada)?

Yar dekho, Each path has its own pros and cons! If you're interested in research and development, quality control, or manufacturing, the pharmaceutical industry could be a great fit. If you prefer direct patient interaction, hospital pharmacy or clinical pharmacy might be better.

[awesomesnail](username) to get into industry i need some company refferals and also the joining is like trainee or apprentice , that's the problem in industry But hospital may be good choice but salary can be a problem like after certain point the salary will be fixed I think

Have you considered higher education like M.Pharm, MBA in Pharma Management, or a Diploma in Clinical Research? These can open doors to higher-paying and specialized roles.
