PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING TIME
Hello, i am a CIVIL ENGINEER, currently working as a Design Coordinator, Asst. Manager with 10 YOE. There is not much scope regarding increase in salary or better position as a Design Coordinator (as per my knowledge). I would like to change my position from the Design Coordinator.
Can you guys please suggest in which department will I get better opportunity as a Civil Engineer - PLANNING, QS/BILLING, CONTRACTS where I can grow professionally.
NEED HELP.
