Stuck: Kaiser Permanente vs. T Systems—Need your thoughts!
Hey everyone,
I'm at a crossroads with two offers:
Kaiser Permanente (GHSE Pune) is offering 21.5 LPA (with 5% variable) + 1.2L joining bonus.
T Systems India is offering a flat 20 LPA.
My take-home would be almost the same with both.
What would be the smarter move for long-term growth, work-life balance, learning, and overall compensation? Help me decide!

Kaiser looks more attractive compensation-wise, especially with the joining bonus. But do check the role specifics are you working on product development or more on support/BAU?

Joining bonuses are great but they’re one-time. I’d focus more on job role, growth, and how often raises/appraisals happen.

If work life balance is a top priority, Kaiser wins. A friend of mine joined there recently and said the work pressure is super manageable.
