On one hand, I’ve got this chill WFH setup minimal workload, flexible hours, plenty of time to hit the gym, meal prep, game, and even upskill. Life should feel great… but my social life? Almost nonexistent. It’s so dry I’m actually considering arranged marriage despite looking like your average gym bro who shouldn’t have to 😅

I want a high paying job, but I don’t want to give up this freedom.
I could date a 9/10 if I had some wingmen and an actual office to go to  I’ve got the build, height, all of it.
But after the last girl ghosted, gaslit, and emotionally wrecked me, I just don’t have the energy for that mess again.

Stuck Between Two Lives, Both Half Lived 💭

I just saw this viral reel of some Indian employees performing a full blown dance routine to welcome a foreign client.

It may seem fun to watch but I've never feel so embarrassed by just watching a video .

The immediate feeling that came into my mind was that even though the Britishers left decades ago, yet somehow there's still a slavery mindset among people.

I mean why do we need to seek so much validation and act like jokers or entertainers and not professionals.

I don't think they would've done the same for an Indian client.

And I am not hating fun or any culture but why are they trying to impress them in this way.

These days, it just feels full of drama, jealousy, and zero real connection. No matter how much effort you put in, people just don’t show up when you need them the most. Honestly, I still feel closer to my college friends. Everything was real back then simple and honest.

Now, after reaching office and spending the whole day with corporate faces and small talk… I’m just done. Don’t even feel like meeting anyone after that.

Adult friendships are really tough.
