Every day feels the same. Targets, pressure, rules  “8 hours complete karo, 9 hours baithe raho.."One small mistake? Salary cut. It’s like I’m stuck in a routine I didn’t sign up for.

It all feels so robotic. Wake up, run around, work, sleep. I just want one peaceful morning. Just me, some silence, and a cup of chai. Is that too much to ask?

And above all that, punch in punch out ka pressure alag hi stress deta hai. Clock dekhte dekhte hi din nikal jaata hai. Kisi ko dikhta nahi, but it’s too much. I’m tired. Just needed to let it out today.

Been prepping like crazy, using chatgpt to save time, rehearsing everything still getting rejected or, worse, ghosted

And it hurts even more when you walk out thinking,
“That went well!” and then nothing. No reply. No feedback. Just silence.

I’m not even someone who wings it. Before each interview, I go through all the usual stuff Tell me about yourself, Why this role/company?, Strengths & weaknesses ,Career plans ,What do you know about us?

Earlier, I used to spend 2-3 hours prepping for each interview.
Now I use chatgpt to help me prep smarter it saves time but… still the same result.

What’s worse? Most interviews were via recruitment agencies, so I never got a chance to ask: “Hey, what went wrong?”
Just... ghosted. And left overthinking everything.

I’m at a point where I’m questioning everything,  Am I saying something wrong?,  Do I sound too rehearsed?  Is it my face? My voice? My vibe?

I know I’m not alone in this... right I need that hope right now

But their English… bro I was shocked! It was like talking to someone jisne english nahi kuch ar hi seekh liya ho, if the HR’s English is this I can only imagine the rest of the company

I decided to drop the interview with this chinese english😶‍🌫️
