The best part about working in 92.7 Big FM is supportive team, work life balance

Dislikes

The worst part is that their is no increment for the last 4 years, though every year the target keeps on increasing, the focus on rectifying the very basis on which the business depends is not being addressed and beside all sales has to bear all the challenges from getting business to chasing clients for outstanding, to bill submission, invoices printing and even for this one has to invest his own fortune and the reimbursement get delay like hell. The job is good, as one has to learn each and every aspect of advertising in Radio, from client to booking advertisements, to invoices printing, submission, chasing clients for payments, as one has to wear multiple hats. Though learnt a lot

Extremely non co-operative senior management, limited resources, doesn't stand at good position in comparison to compitition. Back biting and employees politics is high. Senior managements doesn't care about employees.
