Soon after the covid situation started raising in India, they started firing their employees. And you never know when is your turn. There is absolutely no job security and the salary structure is not very clear and not organized at all. There is lot of discrepancies in the variable pay which they may not disclose at the beginning.

It depends on how fast you can complete your job with full efficiency otherwise your variable will get affected.

Manager and a few team mates are quite supportive. Training given was exceptional.

Dislikes

Salary and employee benefits are no good. If anybody asks, I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. They (senior management and HR) do not stick to their word and expect employees to devote their time and energy. I did notice favouritism from the manager's end as well. They are anything but professionals. Overall, it was a horrible experience, I regret joining this organisation at all.

Leaders of AceNgage were very cooperative. Got to learn a lot from them. Work culture is great. It was a great experience working with the organisation and I am happy to have got the opportunity to work with the company. The best part was that I was given the option of working from home 3 days a week as I had a small child to take care of. The management are considerate towards our well being.

Nothing really.
