Every month & on daily basis you will get email from directors for your salary debit, Salary on hold, Different letter from HR where they even don't have policy & SOP. SANJAY SHAH director in the company personally debit salary of every staff even of peon. You need to take approval from directors for getting tea 2 times a day. Salary date will be as per directors wish from 10th-15th or even late. Company is very "GARIB" & can not even operate for their basic things. You will be called on Sunday & company will not give you any benefits also....Read More
