They don't confirm their employees even after 1.5 years of service (I have seen this with several staff some of them are at Sr. GM level) They have salary issue. They are moving towards 14 hours of work culture. Vendor payments are delayed, affecting to the progress of project. No Worklife balance at project or HQ HR system is verypoor People join the company and leave on probation itself. PF is also not deducted here on several payrolls...Read More
