A great place to work. Great working environment, employee friendly company policies, total work life balance and amazing colleagues. The only negative has to be that not much scope for learning. Learning is only domain specific, limited to Aristocrat's work architecture. Rest a beautiful place to work.

Job security is too good. And even in case of corona time geting 150 percent bonuses. And yes all the things are good parks and all.and in corona time getting Friday half-day as well.

The middle management works on their plans as compared to company's larger objectives. There is no work life balance as the development teams always have poor planning and estimation processes which leads to spillovers thus impacting everyone. Also after this wfh in the name of flexibility many team members are unavailable

There is no harassment policy in place. The managers use the phrases like cooperate or else it will have serious consequences and many such statements. When unable to get any kind of satisfactory response for their unwelcome gestures, start discriminatory behavior towards you, finding faults in your work and embarrass you

Company has good insurance policies, HR is supportive and HR policies are good. Salary is as per market standards, sometimes they pay good. Good work environment but now the work pressure has increased too much to handle in few teams. Managers are good, they generally listen to employees concern. Free breakfast untill 8:30 am and evening snacks after 6 pm. lunch in just 20 INR.

Dislikes

No job security, people get fired very frequently. Very slow career growth if you have more than 8 years of experience. Very less travel opportunities and no technical learning. 8 hrs mandatory on an average. No work from home.
