Work freedom is the best thing I have experienced at Axtel. Extra ordinary learning opportunities. Salary always on time.

Dislikes

Other than salary there is not any benefit. Canteen facility is also not available.

Good experience with engineering development. Provide on time salary. Health insurance for higher authorities only.

Dislikes

No much benifit other than salary. Poor increment. No financial growth. Location is out side city. No food or canteen facility at office, need to manage by your own self. Company only interest in hiring GETs with higher package, and doesn't provide growth to lower package employees, wether both need to work same way.
