-Biz2Credit is following hire and fire strategy. Management forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company. The enterprise has been investing heavily in the resources and trying to upgrade themselves. The vision, goals and intent to create an impact in the domain is something very exciting when it comes to the spearheads of the organisation, be it the CTO or the CEO.

There is too much of adhocism in the policy formulation and implementation, many a times the policies get overturned and there is a huge lag in the announcement and putting to practice any employee benefit programme. More importantly, the products being built under the patronage of the products team are not market fit and are legacysystems. The products are extremely buggy and unoptimized as there is no business analysis as per the commercial lending use cases. In order to make a presence in the indian market, innovation/USP is missing in the products. The processes followed in the projects are extremely poor, agile practices are nowhere to be seen despite most of the member having gained scrum training. 5 day WFO culture despite the fact that the efficiency+productivity drops to 40-50% in the office....Read More

My team was good. But understand that it is a tyre 3 company where you cant expect much. just try to learn and take up new skills and move forward as soon as possible. If you are thinking of staying in such companies for long than you will loose in long term.

There HR department is worst. The pay disparity between members of team is very high. My teammates with same position were being paid half of what I was being paid also the increment is not what you would expect if you are working in a small org. You may also find hard to get Full and final settlement. My earnest review: Join the company but don't stay here for long. The quality of work is poor. Also , If you are joining just for pay , you may wait for some better company. If you are already working in good of medium company , don't join this company.
