It has two Management systems US management is very liberal and professional. In India Management, every thing is poorly managed. You will be keenly monitired for every seconds. No liberty at all. No new technology learning here. Before joining you will be shown good Package hikes, bonus etc but after joining you will get peanuts. You will also has to repay the bonus before leaving for that particular quarter. There is a strict time management system. And lots more to reveal. My advice is if you are not getting jobs and sitting idle for multiple years then join at your own risks. This not a MNC like culture. You will forget about what is life and how it can be balanced with family. After leaving you will have poor chance to get a new job as others will be technically advanced and you only have the domain knowledge that you have been assigned...Read More
