Good facilities, no in-out time boundation from HR.

Dislikes

Not worth it. They just offer you good food, so called good work environment, make fake promises for appraisals and give a count of multiple perks. No job security at all, they just look every employee as an intern even if you are a full time. A pathetic experience of my life. Team lead can force you to come immediately office and want that you spend your time in office as long as you can.

The trajectory of skill development consistently trends upwords. Additionaly flexible work schedules are available and easily accessible leave options.

Dislikes

Compensation and promotion opportunities may not meet expectations. This perception could vary for others, but this is my personal observation.
